Position information

Your key responsibilities:

•	Welcome, advise, and assist a high-end international clientele;
•	Gain in-depth knowledge of the collections, including materials, fabrics, cuts, and unique features;
•	Convey the brand’s world, lifestyle, and history, going beyond the product itself;
•	Build personalized relationships with clients and foster loyalty;
•	Provide customer service and after-sales support consistent with the standards of a luxury house;
•	Manage sales, payments, and the cash register;
•	Oversee stock management, inventory, orders, and restocking;
•	Ensure impeccable product presentation, merchandising, and store upkeep at all times;
•	Handle daily administrative and operational tasks for the store;
•	Work in close coordination with management, the e-commerce team, and the logistics department.

Requested profile

Experience in high-end retail, luxury, fashion, or premium hospitality is appreciated but not essential.

We are also very open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate intelligence, curiosity, a strong capacity to learn, a genuine work ethic, and an open mind. Personality, attitude, and a desire to understand and embody the Maison’s world will be key factors.

You are dynamic, reliable, and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and a natural flair for hospitality and service.
A keen appreciation for fabrics, tailoring, menswear, and the art of living is highly desirable.

As the role requires a high degree of day-to-day autonomy, we are primarily looking for a responsible, proactive individual capable of managing the boutique independently, taking initiative, and fully committing to its growth.

Languages: Excellent command of French and English is essential. Proficiency in Italian is a distinct advantage.
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including a lunch break (39 hours per week). The boutique is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The AK MC label is completely “Made in Italy”, combining bespoke tailoring – inspired cuts in the Savile Row tradition with a soft Italian construction, creating elegant, timeless and easy-to-wear pieces at industry-defying prices.

The AK MC collection has since grown to include knitwear, footwear, accessories and a growing women’s line. All pieces are designed personally by Alexander Kraft in Monte Carlo and reflect his impeccable eye, his passion for fine craftsmanship and his pursuit of perfection in all walks of life.
