Duties & Responsibilities
- Deploy, upgrade, troubleshoot client devices (Windows 10)
- Parts replacement, system upgrades of IT equipment : Desktops, Laptops, Printers, mobile phones
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Mobile fleet management
- Hardware Stock management
- Provide technical documentation / manuals / procedures to IT Team and users
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge
- Systems :
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Microsoft 365
- Network :
- TCP/IP switching and cabling
- Good troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Good team work / collaborative attitude
Qualification
- Fluent in English (Oral and written) is mandatory
- At least 3 years of work experience on a help Desk or technical Support
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Autonomous and sense of service
