I’m actively looking for an Executive Assistant/Office manager position or Yacht management related position in an International company as my main working langage has always been English.
I have strong organization skills with HR experience in Monaco (12 years). I have worked in oil and gas, in the yachting and banking industry but most recently onboard a superyacht.
I have experience in managing ever changing agendas, organizing meetings and conferences as well as exhibitions abroad. I have strong skills in travel arrangements including arranging visas and I’m used to travel a lot.
I can also look after invoices and expenses, look after recruitment.
I have strong guests relations skills, I’m a great team player with an enthusiastic personality and I have a very strong capacity to adapt.
I have deqlt with invoicing, expenses, commercial offers, hotel prices negotiations, partnerships, updating websites, marketing and communication materials.
