Adecco is looking for a personal assistant for a team manager in an international company.

You have to give administrative support to the Head of Business Delivery & Control in his daily activities.

Key Accountabilities :

Manage electronic agenda, organise meetings.
Documentation preparation for various Board meetings.
Support in a variety of activities e.g. organising Offsite Team Events, o
Make travel arrangements and follow-up with completion of expense reports.
Organise monitoring of holidays, travel, trainings and absences for the Admin Teams.
Undertake general administration duties. Compose/type correspondence, fax messages and reports in English and French.
Professional/technical experience

Extensive experience as a Personal Assistant in a multicultural environment (5 ans)
Excellent PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Experience in organising events
Fluent English and French (oral and written)

Flexible and enthusiastic, Excellent organisation skills,

Able to handle problems and conflicts effectively and diplomatically,
