The Company’s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and the life extension of Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels. We are now looking for a Country People Development Manager H/F to join the team based in Monaco.

• The Country People Development Manager translates the relevant HR expertise area strategy into policies, processes, instruments and concrete actions in order to support SBM’s competitive position on the external market.
• You provide expert advice to the HR Community on initiatives in your HR expertise area.
• Your primary focus is to align your work to the Company and Human Capital strategy while assisting your assigned population by proactively planning and completing activities in your expertise area, with accuracy and on-time deliverables. You interpret, apply and uphold Company policies and procedures with a high degree of customer focus and confidentiality.
• Strong interface with HR and with the business (all hierarchical levels)

• Master Degree in HR
• Strong Knowledge and experience (10y) in Talent & Development topics
• Experience in organizational changes within an international working environment
• Experience in working with technical profiles
• Knowledge of Success Factor would be a plus
• Able to work on a project mode
• Strong business orientation
