Our client, private equity company focused exclusively on life-science, is opening his office in Monaco and is currently looking for a Personal Assistant m/w.
Description du poste
Reporting directly to the board and founders of a private equity business, the role is suitable for someone able to multi-task, in a fast-changing environment. Your duties includes collation of deal documents and creation/completion/annual maintenance of deal files, liaising with counterparties, organising events ranging from international travel, conferences and client entertainment.
In addition, your missions includes organisation of the private lives of senior staff revolving around their homes, business interests and sourcing and organising holidays.
You have at least 10 years of experience, of which at least 3 years should have been at a very senior level.
Preference given to a candidate that has experience of working within an owner managed business, such as a corporate finance boutique, hedge fund or VC firm.
You must be totally business fluent in English, French and Italian. Some knowledge of accounting/office software such as Sage, Excel macros and an ability to create exceptionally high standard client presentations are essential.
Based full time in the proposed Monaco office, occasional travel required during conferences.
