Mayer Consulting is looking for his client (international company) an experienced Publications Coordinator for print and digital communications in English and French.
Based in Monaco.
Main responsabilities for print and digital :
Produces, drafts and edits written materials using the highest standards of written English and French ;
Ensures that key messages are clear, well understood and reflective of a highly entrepreneurial and adaptive business group ;
Works actively with the Marketing manager and internal management to deliver fit for purpose content to challenging deadlines ;
Actively reviews content to ensure that it is up to date and reflective of current strategy as needed ;
Acts as a resource for others in handling content and production issues ;
Creates content for company websites, advising on navigation, key search terms and audience engagement ;
May ensure permissions standards for content and image are consistent and documented, coordinating copyright registration and permissions activities ;
Monitors social media activity in relation to the company and maintains LinkedIn sites for each division ;
Working with Group directors to periodically update reports with new content, research, and insights.
Experience and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field ;
Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) ;
Financial communication and/or natural resources sector knowledge necessary ;
Minimum 5 years of marketing/ communications experience ;
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word...) & CMS (Wordpress) mandatory
Adobe Suite (PAO) will be a plus

Confident working within complex multi-functional, multi-jurisdictions environments ;
Good organisational and planning abilities ; flexible personality
Ability to deliver activity within stringent deadlines
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 36,000.00€ to 40,000.00€ /year
