Job overview :

To strengthen our Travel & Hospitality Department, we are looking for an experienced Travel Agent.
As a travel Agent, you will manage all operations related to development of turnkey travels for our clients and ensure smooth organization of business travels for internal employees. Confronted to ever-changing environment, you will be responsible for acquisition of new clients, sale travel packages and setting up a range of products from A to Z : establishing the circuit, listing places to visit, hotels and means of transportation, negotiate the prices, terms and conditions with partners...

Missions & Responsibilities :

  • Develop clients’ portfolio
  • Sell travel and hospitality packages
  • Identify hotels and negotiate prices in order to offer the right product(s) to customers traveling abroad (Mauritus, Florida, California, Maldives, Thailand, Italy, France, Seychelles…)
  • Negotiate rates and conditions with partners
  • Negotiate book outs, compensations and cancellation charges when needed
  • Imagine and invent new formulas and leisure agendas (trips, boat excursions, museum tours ...)
  • Arranging flights and accommodation using Amadeus booking system
  • Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded
  • Collect and process the payments (cash & bank transfer)
  • Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
  • Liaise closely with other departments within company to ensure a smooth organization of business travels for internal employees
  • Handle Platinium Group’s employees’ travels including Formula 1 and Formula E for onsite event management
  • Prospect, create and finalize barters as well as partnerships with sponsors and/or partners
  • General administrative tasks


  • Experience within travel/hospitality industry
  • French & English speaking is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Amadeus reservation system is a must
  • Negotiation skills, customer oriented and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communicating, strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Aware of new technologies and market trends in travel industry ex. travel applications, websites, travel blogs etc.
