Permanent role based in Monaco - Immediately available

Our cutting-edge solutions provide ticketing, CRM, logistics and digital marketing services to many Event Organisers around the world. We also focus on providing first-class experiences to sport fans through our own Brand – Gootickets.com.

The main purpose of the role is to maintain & deliver a high-quality service to hiring manager, as well as directly source and attract quality candidates in a timely & cost effective manner.
The role is fast paced and you need to be able to work well under pressure, some of the duties but are certainly not limited to, the following :

• Attraction, selection and recruitment of the highest calibre of candidates available in the market by use of direct methods (mostly job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and referrals).
• Build relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative information regarding market salary brackets and manage realistic candidate expectations with information supplied through talent mapping.
• Talent pooling and keeping talent pools up to date including IT Developers, Web Account Managers, Business Developers etc…
• Networking within the industry to identify suitable candidates, attending events, reading blogs, being involved in the technical community.
• Manage an end-to-end recruitment process from writing job specifications and assisting in salary decisions through to sending offer contracts.
• Prepare employment contracts/paperwork and manage induction of new joiners (welcome pack).
• Ensuring all parties involved have a positive candidate experience.
• Actively promote the internal recruitment policy and referral scheme.
• Promote PG employer brand via LinkedIn, Viadeo, Twitter, Facebook and any other social channels approved.
• Weekly and monthly activity reporting to the Head of HR & Talent Management

Essential skills

• 3-5 years of experience ideally as recruiter in an agency OR in-house position.
• Web/Technical recruitment experience – (with a LinkedIn Recruiter license).
• Phone confidence and the ability to manage internal stakeholders throughout the process.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Well organised and can present reports.
• Can adapt and cope well with continuous change.
• Experience of job board usage, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques.
• Perfectly bilingual English/French

The varied responsibilities of this role mean that you must be very organised and able to manage your workload in a constantly changing environment.
