Job Overview :

The Account Manager supports a Senior Account Manager in the handling of one or several major Tier 1 customer.

He is responsible for handling customer requests and guaranteeing customer satisfaction regarding our ticketing solution. He is strongly professional and always looking to better serve the purpose of establishing a close and sustainable relationship with our Tier 1 customers.

Responsibilities :

* Support of a Senior Account Manager in the management of a major Tier 1 customer :

  • Handle requests forwarded by the Senior Account Manager
  • Support Senior Account Manager in handling operational and day-to-day issues
  • Implementation of ticket-shops : Gather customer requirements ; Coordinate internal teams to successfully manage the project to completion (IT, editorial, customer service, etc) ; Use a hands-on approach during the implementation of the ticket-shop ; Advise and lead the customer in order to implement successful marketing strategies
  • Development of customer revenue : Develop a strong and trustful relationship with the customer ; Define business action plans and strategies, help customer implement them ; Assist customers in the development of their revenue ; Use internal teams’ knowledge to implement the best strategy
  • Monitoring of ticket-shop and results : Monitor revenue through tracking tools ; Monitor the customer’s website, and take swift action in case change needed ; Monitor billing and invoicing of the customer * Onsite presence may be required during the Event
  • Assist customers during the event (may require weekend travelling)

Desired technical skills & experience :

Perfectly bilingual English/Spanish, any other language is a plus
• Graduate from a business school or university equivalent (Bac +5)
• Empathy, excellent communication skills, ownership, adaptability to different cultures
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever changing environment
• Strong ability to analyse, interpret results (dashboards, reporting) and draws conclusions
• Open to travel abroad maximum 2 times a month, and on weekends from time to time
