Job Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for handling customer requests and guaranteeing customer satisfaction regarding our ticketing solution. He is strongly professional and always looking to better serve the purpose of establishing a close and sustainable relationship with our Tier 1 customers.

The Account Manager is the unique and privileged interlocutor for our international clients. He is responsible for customer relationship and satisfaction regarding our ticketing solution. He is strongly professional and always looking to better serve the purpose of establishing a close ensuring the sustainability of the relationship.


• Management of an open customer portfolio

• Implementation of ticket-shops :
o Gather and analyse customer requirements
o Coordinate internal teams to successfully manage the project to completion (IT, editorial, customer service, etc)
o Use a hands-on approach during the implementation of the ticket-shop
o Advise and lead the customer in order to implement successful marketing strategies

• Development of customer revenue :
o Develop a strong and trustful relationship with the customer
o Define business action plans and strategies, help customer implement them
o Assist customers in the development of their revenue
o Use internal teams’ knowledge to implement the best strategy

• Monitoring of ticket-shop and results :
o Monitor revenue through tracking tools
o Monitor the customer’s website, and take swift action in case change needed
o Monitor billing and invoicing of the customer

• Onsite presence may be required during the Event :
o Assist customers during the event (may require weekend travelling)


• Graduate from a business school or university equivalent (Bac +5)
• Experienced in a similar role as Account Manager in an international & Web environment
• Experienced in Web Marketing : SEO, SEM, Newsletters, web campaigns...
• English perfectly bilingual, additional language as French is a plus
• Empathy, excellent communication skills, ownership, adaptability to different cultures
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever changing environment
• Strong ability to analyse, interpret results (dashboards, reporting) and draws conclusions
• Open to travel abroad maximum 2 times a month, and on weekends from time to time
