Financial and administrative assistant for private investment company (full time, Monaco based)

Responsibilities :
1) Office administration, including managing book-keeping and invoices, mail and telephones, filing, and office supplies
2) Trading and financial back-office support, including trade booking, checking and reconciliation, and financial report preparation

A candidate must demonstrate :
1) Fluent English/ French
2) Good basic numeracy and literacy
3) Proficient in Word and Excel
4) Desire and ability to work in a small office environment methodically and autonomously with a capacity to adapt and learn

We will look favourably on candidates with experience or training in relevant areas (including finance and business administration), including Bac +3/+5
