After having worked in Monaco as logistic coordinator in an Import-Export company from September 2010 to December 2011, I’m currently seeking for a job whose features would better meet my attitudes and expectations. My general knowledge is excellent, I’m dynamic, organized and I like to quickly adapt to new missions and situations. As a matter of fact, my job profile has been mainly shaped by a previous experience of 8 years as quality integrity manager for a renowned company of denim fabric, counting among their clients the most important fashion brands in the world (Diesel, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, Guess, Gap, D&G).
The variety of the tasks which I had the opportunity to carry out has traced my skills in terms of understanding and management of team work, accuracy and fulfillment of the deadlines, experience of international context, thanks to many business travels along Europe, North Africa, U.S.A. and Middle East.
Main activities and responsibilities
Production / Quality Control
Survey of the production cycle, laboratory staff coordination, product compliance. Supervision of environmental/quality certifications procedures (Oeko Tex Standard 100, GOTS Global Organic Textile Standards, ISO14001, ISO9001)
Customer assistance Within the company clients follow up, both regarding overall quality assistance and review of the service provided (quality control, technical information, shipping procedures ) according to each client’s requests .
Out of company Business travels to the garment production plants, organized with the purpose of providing technical support on-site in the event of quality issues and updating the feedback due to the changes of the fabric treatments required by the fashion.
Languages spoken : Italian (mother language), English (fluent), French (good level), German (basic)
Apart from the education and technical skills acquired so far, I feel very motivated in handling the work team : my previous work experience consisted in organizing the tasks of workers, technicians and their adequate motivation in order to get satisfactory results for the company and for the customers. In addition, my familiarity with business trips strongly sharped my skills in terms of negotiation and problem solving, refining my mental agility, flexibility, and responsiveness.
