Qualified and experienced Group Financial Controller, Fluent in English and Italian.

Key responsibilities of current position :

*Management of the finance team, mentoring and developing (Asia & Europe) *All aspects of management reporting and control *Financial reporting - preparation of monthly group Accounts under IFRS (which includes international subsidiaries) *Preparation of statutory accounts under UK GAAP. *Preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts - including profit & loss account/cash flow and balance sheet *Day to day management of group liquidity *VAT, corporation tax, and payroll taxes *Project Management of an ERP implementation, configuration and full set up

Experienced Financial Controller with a demonstrated track record in people management, and able to demonstrate a hands on approach.
