As Software Engineer/Project Engineer consultant for SOGETI HIGH TECH - Capgemini Group - currently working on the SENTINEL 3 satellite simulator as a Project Engineer. In charge of the definition and design of the overall architecture of S3 simulator project, preliminary performances analysis and reuse of the existing simulation frameworks (python, Xml-rpc, C++, K2) Development and integration of TM/TC sending/receiving C++ modules, python interfaces to the simulator via xml-rpc, TM/TC analysis tools. Tutoring of new colleagues joining the S3 team.
Worked on the GLOBALSTAR II project spacecraft simulator - the DSS - whose goal is to simulate the satellite test bench for the GLOBALSTAR II constellation. Development, test and integration of several components of the simulator, use of C++, Python and Linux shell scripts. Acquired knowledge in the satellite field (Telemetry, Telecommands, simulation environment)

As Software Engineer/Project Engineer consultant for SOGETI HIGH TECH - Capgemini Group - Worked on the Pixel Factory product. Ported the Pixel Factory algorithms for image processing and photogrammetry computation from GNU compiler gcc3.0 to gcc4.1 under Linux platform. Performed non regression test via PHP utilities. Reached the high professional level requested due to the importance of Infoterra costumer (Google).
Ericsson - Marconi Genova - Italy, 2001-2007
As Technical Coordinator [first 5 months 2007] Thanks to the knowledge achieved with VOIP, acted as an internal technical coordinator to manage an externalized project aimed at extending the H.248 protocol stack : worked with the WIPRO indian team, reviewed their software detailed specification and test cases
As Software Engineer and as Network Interoperability Engineer [2004-2006] Designed/coded Linux embedded software for H248 VoIP Access Gateway application. Use C++, Rational Rose Real Time, p-threads, socket programming, lex/yacc. Took part in setting up GNU/g+ + development tool-chain. Took part in H248 protocol interoperability between Marconi Access Gateway and Huawey Softswitch and Ericsson Softswitch : functional analysis for extending the H248 SW protocol stack to support/be compliant with other customer’s Softswitches
As Software Engineer, Integration Engineer [2003-2004] Worked on V5 telephony application ; speed up reuse/porting of V5.2 legacy code on the new equipment by writing code analysis PERL scripts. Fixed legacy code bugs to pass V5.2 conformance tests for China market. In charge of integration of Equipment Release for Telecom Italia Customer, went on customer test plan in Turin to help acceptance test.
As Software Engineer [2001-2003] Designed/coded embedded software in C/C++ on VxWorks platform ; written GSMP protocol stack for Video Multicast application and ATM-PNNI application ; coded management modules concerning performance monitoring and alarm management.

As Software Specialist Designed and developed the “PLMan” application for Agilent Technologies to help importing Agilent Customer’s instruments data from text/Excel format into Agilent database with Visual Basic 6 and ADO.
Ansaldo Segnalamento Ferroviario - Genova, Italy (1998-2000) As Software Developer [1999-2000]
Designed/coded application embedded software modules for the diagnostic/logging system of Automatic Train Control (ATC). Designed/coded Man-Machine interface Windows application to the ATC system. Use Visual Basic 6, C language and Windows SDK API to interact with the system interfaces (serial line, Modbus, Profibus). Took part in setting up the first ATC trial site in Hungary ; took part in ATC system configuration and proving at Ansaldo Production Center, Potenza, Italy
As Software Developer [1998-1999] Coded data-shaping CRC algorithms, according to ERTMS specification of Automatic Train Control System. Soon become the “CRC reference man” for the team.
